As a Franchise Attorney I must ask what your question is. The usual procedure is the merging company will issue you stock in their entity. If there are any doubts, ask them to confirm the shares you will be issued upon surrender of your stock certificate. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
