Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I contacted Tax Club in New York to start on line business putting payment on amex card but no services rendered so am I responsible for payment for nothing

If nothing in writing, your merely "contacting them" regarding services does not amount to a verbal contract.
Were no services rendered by Tax Club? Or did they set-up the account, with an agreement you would pay $X per time period (ex. per month)? Was it your website or Tax Club which did not render any services?
P.S. I have no familiarity with the services offered by Tax Club.
