Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If I was under contract with a firm (I am a photographer) and they terminated the contract, do they still have rights laid out under the contract?
Case in point they are still using my photos despite the contract being terminated and all of my work removed from their system.

They MAY still have rights under the contract, but it depends upon the terms and conditions of the contract and possibly the reasons for termination. I suggest that you carefully review the contract with an attorney to discuss your rights, duties and obligations.
Best of luck

Perhaps. It depends on whether they retained copyright to the photos even upon termination -- which would not at all surprise me. Read your contract.
