A man owns and runs a company as a car dealer.someone decides to buy a car from him.it was advert as follows: excellent little car for us$7500.th person took a look at the car and decides to buy.an agreement was produced as follows.purchase money must be in US$only,no liability for any damage or injury from the use of the car.the seller will undertake no liability purchase at own risk,so anyway she decided to accept the car on May 15, 2006.The seller told the buyer it is not necessary for him to give her a receipt and in fact did not.When it was May 15, 2006 she did not receive the car.What are her rights under the law?

I don't know what the law is in Florida. In California someone giving $7500 cash and not getting a receipt has the right to be laughed at.
