Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Contract liability
Hi. I sold some lawns to a 2nd lawn service. The 2nd lawn service, in turn, sold to a 3rd lawn service. The customers dropped the 3rd lawn service. Is the 2nd lawn service completely liable to the 1st lawn service to the full extent of the contract?

Re: Contract liability
Mr. Slater is right; we can't tell you what your contract means without seeing it. But normally a contract ends when its ends can no longer be achieved.
