Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Contract
I am a part time employee at a small school.I signed a contract upon employment that reads''Employee agrees that for 1 year after termination of employment,he/she will not either for self or on behalf of any other person, school, firm,or corporation solicit any individuals, including students, and staff, who have attended or worked at the school in the period of 2 years immediatly prior to such termination.I want to open my own school,Can I do that inthe same county and advertise as long as I don't contact those students or staff directly?

Re: Contract
It would seem that would the correct reading but the whole contract should be reviewed before you open your school. If you need my assistance e-mail me your phone # to discuss.
