Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
if I have a contract for my services and have a business checking account, and have one million in insurance on my services, but did not renew my fictious name in the state florida but am not required to have a occupational licence in the county I live in. Can someone complete my contract steal the money because they said I have a illegal business
