Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
We contracted with a restaurant to do work for them. We hired a consultant to do a portion of the work. We are being sued for errors caused from the consultant. Is there a way that we can involve the consultant in the suit that is pending as they are the ones at fault or would we have to sue them?
