if i wanted to copyright to a name of a product.how would go about it. thank you?

You probaly want to do a tademark or service mark. Florida go to www.subbiz.org for federal go to www.uspto.gov. You can obtain the forms there. This is not a simple process so i would recommend that you retain an attorney in your area to assist.
