corporate assets in personal judgment
i have a corporation in FL that was formed in 2007. shortly afterwards we issused all 100 stock certificates to my father. He was never listed on an officer of the corporation on the state divisons website. I was listed as ceo. I have a judgment against can they go after the coporation even though i am ceo, and my father is effectively the owner?
