Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Corporate contract question
I have a contract with my company to repay me for college. They have done so but now that I want to leave the company they are trying to tell me they want me to repay everything. The contract states I only owe 50% because of the length of time I've been there. They say the new policy which is in another contract which I never signed says I owe 100%. The only thing I can see in the contract I signed is ''Reserve the right to modify the program''. Is this legal and can I do anything about it?

Re: Corporate contract question
If the contract you signed says 50% then that should be your obligation.
