Corporate dispute

A Corporation was formed using my funds. Myself was listed as Vice President with other non investing partner as President. We Can not agree on anything after a substantial financial investment on my part. Who has the right to own this corporation. No Shares have been formerly issued.

If this isn't addressed in a shareholder's agreement, then you would be wise to dissolve the company and start your own under the guidance of an attorney who can help you keep this sort of mess from happening.

Either the articles of incorporation or the by-laws should explain what is to happen. Otherwise, you should retain an attorney to create the rights you deserve in the company.
