Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am the president of a very small corporation no longer doing business. The corporation is being sued and I was served with a fact finding sheet where they are asking for my personal information even though I never signed a personal guarantee the contract was between the plantiff and the corporation only. Am I required by law to give them this information which includes my s.s.#, marital status, spouses name, etc. ?

If only the corporation has been sued, there is no basis to send a "fact finding sheet" to you individually. I am not quite sure what you refer to however or precisely what the nature of the complaint is, so you probably should speak to a lawyer.

I would object to the form in writing and file a copy of the objection with the court.
