corporate policies
Can a company make up their own policies governing their employees' actions? Example: Having to have 48 hours notice prior to taking time off. If sickness or an unplanned event occurs, it still counts against you. After 3 times verbal warning is given, then written and then termination. It is impossible to work around it.
