Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
corporate sandwich
Company A starts Company B. Company B takes non-monetary asset from Company A (patent) and runs business all through Company A expenses. Company B effectively runs Company A and Bankrupts it. Do creditors of Company A have any claim on Company B assets that were taken from Company A by Company B where the decision makers are the same for both companies?

Re: corporate sandwich
It sounds like creditors could sue owners and both companies.
