Corporation change

we would like to change our business corporation from a C Coporation to a LLC. How is that done?

Legal documents will have to be prepared and filed with the state. LLC's in Florida require specific provisions of the law to be followed. It's best that you consult an attorney for further assistance.

This is a relatively simple process but you should discuss it with an attorney because how you run the business will be affected and you'll need a new operating agreement if there are two or more members of the LLC. I'm licensed in FL and can assist you with all of this.
