THE PEOPLE'S ADVOCATE
A dissolved corporation is a closed corporation and may not transact business. Just the same, people continue to operate their corporations after they are dissolved. Under this circumstance, the individual is personally liable and has protection from liability that is afforded a person working under an active corporation.
