Incorporation of professionals is a professional corporation rather than a c corporation. Do the documents of incorporation require more than one person as officers of the corporation when there is in reality only one dentist or physician in the professional association.

Your statements are mixing up different concepts.
Under Florida law, professionals may incorporate
as professional associations. Whether they are
taxed under Chapter C or Chapter S by the IRS is a
separate issue. Florida law does allow a single
individual to form a professional association.
