I have a corporation iam the owner of allthe share iam being suit becuse i have not pay my rent the reason the place has about four code violation
i cannot get a lic
can i represent my self and the corp whithout being an attorney
iam a veteran iwas renting to make a few extra dollars a month
now iam o n the red due to the deposit and maintanance that i have done

No, you cannot represent your Corporation in court. You must hire a lawyer. The reason is that your corporation is not you; it must be represented by an attorney.
Find one fast. You have both affirmative defenses to the eviction and countersuit for damages as a breach on the part of the landlord. From what little you said, the right landlord/tenant attorney should be able to help you. Note that your rights are controlled by the written lease and other agreements. Read your lease.
