Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
corporation
I have a corporation I went into with 2 other people. We have a President, V. President (myself), and Tresury. I am the only one that will be staying with the business. Can I do this without completely dissolving the corporation? I already have a client following. So I would like to keep the name and all of my licences.
I thank you inadvance for any help your can give me.

Re: corporation
You sure can. Get the resignations of the others, have then sign their stock to the corporation or to you, remove their names as signatories at your bank. You should retain counsel to assist in this important transition.
