Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Corporation Valuation of Undistributed Stock
We have a corporation that has distributed equal amounts of stock to three shareholders. It is an S Corporation. We still have stock that can be distributed. How do we arrive at a value for these shares? And how do we offer them to the current shareholders only and what kind of advance notice do we need to give?
Thank you

Re: Corporation Valuation of Undistributed Stock
There is insufficient information provided to give you a meaningful reply. First, why do you wish to distribute all the authorized shares? Better, if you consult with competent counsel to understand the nature of your and the company's goals.
