Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Corporations
We own a tractor trailor and just purchased another and are in the process of hiring a driver. I am looking into incorporating our business. I dont know which corp to choose, Profit Corp, LLC or S Corp. We want to make sure in the event of ever being sued that our personal assets are safe. Which corp is appropriate for a small independent business owner with one employee. Or do I file for more than one corp.

Re: Corporations
Probably a regular corp with an S election. Aconsultation with counsel and or your cpa would enable the best choice to be determined.
-Good luck.
