counter lawsuit
I took someone to small claims for 5k
and they now filed a countersuit for 15k
in civil that I have to answer.
Can i counter suit the counter suit?
where do I research this type of case?

Generally speaking you do not typically have a counterclaim to a counterclaim. It is usually easiest to just amend your complaint to assert the additional claims.
