Coverting Personal Assets to a New Business Startup
Hello, I am looking into starting an LLC and had the following questions.
(1)How do I convert my personal equipment to that of the LLC? (i.e. Computers, Software, Equipment etc.)
(2) Knowing that I was about to start a new LLC over the next couple of months. I went ahead and got to CELL phones for me and my other LLC part owner.
What is the best way to convert items such as cell phone accounts etc. to business items?

Just transfer the items to the LLC. For the things that you have mentioned, just do it as a capital contribution to the LLC.
