Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Credit card purchases
Can you please tell me if, in Florida, it is legal to charge an additional fee when consumers pay by credit card. Can we charge a merchants fee based on a percentage of a sale?

Re: Credit card purchases
I believe that you can give a cash discount, but that your credit card agreement prohibits you from charging more to use the cars. Read you agreement and call the company.
