Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Can my current employer take any legal action on me if i open my own buisness in the same feild when we have a non-compete agreement in which i never signed? Also what if some of his customers switch over to my new buisness?

As a Franchise Attorney I can this. If you didn't sign a non-compete, your employer will be challenged to enforce a contract you didn't sign. As to customers switching to your new business, that all depends on how they decided to switch. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice (in advance) as this is not something to attempt on your own.
