Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My dad is being held in jail for a organized scheme to defraud of over $50,000, as of the moment he's been in county since Sept. 2010, the state has nothing good enough to charge him with these charges, so they are pulling bank records, can he be let out until all is resolved? He is being held in Volusia county florida..thanks ahead of time for the help..
