Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Damaged Jewerly
My cousin is owner of a jewerly store. He fixed the customer's broken charm connector. Few days later, he was sued by the customer who alleges that he lost the charm when it fell off the necklace. Now, he is suing for $2,000. Both did not agree on settlement on mediation, and now it's pending trial. Does my cousin have any legal argument to prove the customer is acting in bad faith? And to disprove his claim in the basis of no concrete proof?

Re: Damaged Jewerly
Cases are not reviewed based on 3-4 second-hand sentences, and this is not the appropriate place to get advice about a pending case. You cousin needs to see a lawyer.
