How many days do I have to change my mind on a medical procedure?
I just signed papers that I would agree to pay for a dermatologic procedure that takes 4 parts, I had the first one completed that exact same day (today I signed and had the procedure done). I called another doctor to verify and they do the procedure for half the price, can I cancel the contract without penalty??
