De Facto Partnership (Business)
Is there any case law or information on De Facto Partnership or someone being a De Facto Partner in a Company, and having legal right to that company, or the same rights as a partner?

Re: De Facto Partnership (Business)
If there is a de facto partnership in Florida, the de facto partner generally has the same rights as a partner in an actual formalized partnership. In Florida, even if an employee causes people to believe he is a partner of a company, he can make transactions that would bind the partnership. It is the responsibility of the actual owner or actual partnership to provide formal notice that person "X" is not a partner.
