Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Dear attorney,
My name is Carlo Rodrigues, and I would like to open a business in Florida. But I am from Brazil, and although I travel often to the USA with a business VISA and maintain my lawful legal status by going back home prior to the expiration of a six month period, I do not have US citizenship yet nor a US permanent resident green card. My question to you is the following: What are the requirements that a foreign citizen needs to meet in order to open a business in the USA?
Thanks for answering
Carlo

Carlo,
If you are looking to create an entity in Florida, generally you need a primary place of business (which can be outside of Florida and the US if necessary) along with a registered agent in the state of Florida.
