Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Dear experts,
The cooling system in my car was fixed 2 weeks ago. The part was replaced. But yesterday my car overheated again, I took it to same shop, they said that same part was broken and they were going to fix it for free. That is, before they found that the engine has cracked, which is result of severe overheating. They claim it is not their fault and that they will not replace the engine. Do I have a chance for any compensation? P.S. I have the documentation from previous fix. Thank you in advance. Olexiy.

You can't ignore the little red light that tells yu the engine is overheating. That is what cracked the block.
