Debt Credit Card
If I have a credit card in my name only is my husband liable for making payments? Is there a form to reliqunish him from that resposibility?

If the card is in your name only and he did not sign a guarantee, then he is not liable for payment. No form is necessary.

If the card is in your name only and he did not sign a guarantee, then he is not liable for payment. No form is necessary. This assumes that you have not given him the card and he has not uesed it himself.
