Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
deceptieve trade
I bought commercial coffee makers from Folgers (P&G) through an authorized dealer of P&G. P&G still owns the patent to this machine and they will not give the complete ownership of this machine to me. Later P&G cancelled the agreement with this dealer for some reason. My contact with P&G in reference to this machine and getting coffee products was through this dealer. Because of the reason P&G cancelled the agreement this dealer closed its door and diapered. P&G took one of my machines back with out compensating me. I am left with out any support in running this business. Is there any way I can sue P&G to get my investment back.

Re: deceptieve trade
You may have a claim, but it depends on your contract and other factors. You will need to have an attorney go over the contract you have and then contact the other parties to find out what your options are in this matter.
