defamation
what recourse do you have if someone
lies to your customers about you on the web and you have clear evidence that 1 it is a lie and 2 it cost you business but they are from Belgium and your business is based in the us?

Depending on the facts, you may be able to sue them in the US and then you'd have to enforce it. Feel free to contact me on this.
