Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Delaware LLC
My llc was done on line through a delaware site. I have purchaced a form that cost me 20.00 which requires that I send 100.00 to the state . does this sound reasonable since agents are anonymous and I am the only person showing on the llc as an agent ??

I'm not sure what your question is. I checked the Delaware Secretary of State website, corp.delaware.gov, and the State of Delaware charges $90 to register an LLC, $100 if it is a rush. Sounds reasonable to me.
