Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Development of an LLC

On 13Feb2009 I paid Form-A-Corp a Palm Beach Gardens, FL company money for a 6+ historic business binder with business plan. Todate I have not received any documents and they are currently not taking my calls.

I also noticed on sunbiz.org that the President of Form-A-Corp has a history of opening and closing many company entities.

I am concerned and would like to retreive my funds back for breach of contract: No deliverables based on team meeting minutes, which indicate 10 day business turn-around.

I would like to locate an attorney who handles these type of cases.

Thank you,

Re: Development of an LLC

The amount in controversy in your case is so small that you would be fioolish to hire a lawyer. The lawyer would cost more that the case is worth. You can file your case in County court all by yourself and represent yourself. The forms are available at the court house.
