Disclosing Private Information
I sent a resume o a company with a Confidentiality Notice at the bottom of the cover page to include the attachment. They came to my place of business and showed my resume and email to the owner of the company I work for. Is this legal?

It may be if you have a non-compete agmt with your current employer. Once you send your resume, it does get used for various purposes.
