Disolve a partnership
How do I disolve a partnership that I have in 2 s corps that have no legal contracts other than the s corp filings?

Florida law has statutes and other legal authorities which describe how this is done. It can be a somewhat complicated process, and you may want to consider hiring an experienced corporate lawyer to assist you in this process.
