Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I draw traffic control plans (TCP) for the county and city. They review the TCP, have me make they changes, then submit them back to them for there approval. From this point it my customer will take it to a barricade company for them to set up the detour/road closure.
What type of insurance do I need to purchase to protect my personal property? My business is set up as an LLC. Do I need any additional insurance? The insurance companies that I have spoken to really have no idea.
Thank you so much,
Michelle

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the type of insurance most likely needed is called errors and omissions. I'm very surprised the insurance companies haven't mentioned this, and insurance is always a good thing to have. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
