Earthlink Service Charges for Paper Invoice and Non-Automated Payment
Earthlink is charging internet customers $1 per invoice for sending a paper invoice and $1 per payment for not using a credit card. If I do not use my credit card for payments I must pay 2$ a month extra. Is this legal?
