Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
email privacy
If someone sends you an email and this is not privacy disclaimer in the email, can that email be made public? Also if someone sends a subsequent disclaimer notice after the fact does that change anything?

Re: email privacy
Generally, what someone says to you can be disclosed; HOWEVER, to be certain, I would really need to know the context of the e-mail and the substance of what you want to disclose, to whom, and why.
