What are the law on employer going into your office opening up your microsoft outlook and reading your emails directed to you.

The employer's computer and email accounts are the employer's property. The employers are entitled to and often do monitor emails and web browsing.

Use your personally owned computer and personally owned email account if you wish to keep your private emails private.

I'm sure you meant to write that your employer opened their compute and their outlook. You didn't buy them did you? If not, then the employer gets to read all emails on there.

If the computer and software is owned by the employer, then the employer has the right to monitor what is contained thereon. You have no expectation of privacy when you use an office computer for personal matters.
