Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Embezzelment
My husband is 50% partner and his other partner and wife each hold 25% of the business. We have since found out that the wife is paying her personal credit card without my husband's knowledge or constent. The accountant has been asking her to verify it is strictly a business card and she replies yes. When in actuality it is all personal expenses. As well as the card there are a few other things going on as well. What are his legal rights?
