Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
employee contract
The contract term is 3 years and is evergreen thereafter. Termination from either side requires 6 months notice. Termination cannot be given until after 3 years. Isn't the shortest term really 3 years 6 months ?

Re: employee contract
Doubt it. Valid notice should be able to be given when 6 mo remain on original term. or less

Re: employee contract
Do you mean under the law or under your contract? Under the law, no. Under your contract, it sounds like it, but I'd have to read it to be sure.
