Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
An employee did something illegal on company time, was caught and company paid all fines,over $4000.00. Employee had to go to court at which time the Judge said he should have some responsibility in what he did and fined him $900.00 which includes court costs. Employee says employer should pay not him. Is employer responsible for these charges?
