Employee rights
When put on suspension from work is it illegal for you not to know the date in which it ends? If someone falsly told someone in corporate that you were homosexual and it was causing complications at work am i able to take legal actions? If i return to work am i able to get pay for the days i was on suspension?

No, an employer may put you on an indefinite suspension while it investigates certain issues, without pay, especially if there is a concern for safety of the public or other co-workers. However, if the basis for that suspension is unjustified, without merit, then the employer may have liability to you.
