Employeer not paying Consultants
I work for a Sales Company that just fired all of its consultants and we have not recieved our comission checks yet. The Checks are to be sent out by mail or Direct Deposit on the 15th of every month. On Friday the 26th of may the fired all of us and said the our check were being sent out or Direct Deposited that day. Today is June 1st and we sitll have not received our April Comission Check or Direct Deposit. In 15 day we are due for our May comission Check. They are not returning any of our call. The company is still running a business the have a web site they sell from also on QVC. They need to pay all their consutlants. What legal advise do you have for me/us as consultants.

You should consult a local attorney in order to investigate a potential claim against the company for unpaid wages.
