Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I had an employer that asked if I would be interested in helping them out with a business loan. I asked him to have the loan officer contact me with the details. Without my knowledge, my employer gave the loan officer all of my information in my employee file to see if I would qualify for a loan. I never authorised this transaction and as a result I lost 16 points on my credit score due to them running my credit on two occasions. What can I do about this

You can and should sue. You need to retain an attorney for this.
Your employer has violated several privacy and employment laws. You have the right to sue for this, or at least demand some compensation for the loss.
