What can I do about an employer who used the information in my employee to run my credit without my authorization to see I I would qualify for a loan for his business?

I'm not sure what you can do, but there is no legal cause of action that I know. Employers may run your credit report. You do not need to loan the biz money. The employer need not hire you in any case.
